Wired’s profile of Anonymous grows up (a little).

Quinn Norton is a tad earnest, but the lessons of Anonymous are important to review. Its not the content of the pranks that matter, its the tactics, its the organization’s willingness to not be anything than a contrarian “fuck you” that seems to make it what it is: the small ops, the free association of its membership, in some ways it is an anarchist’s wet dream.
