Police Corruption Trial — Sentencing Hearing

The attempt to obstruct justice by people put in a position of trust is horrendous. But I cannot see the Crown’s demand for 3 to for 4 years as either realistic nor, frankly, just. 

These guys are gone. They’re no longer a threat to public safety. They no longer have reputations. They, presumably, will lose their pensions.

What they should be compelled to do is sit through every single one of the cases that will have to be overturned due to their indiscressions.
