FBI refuses to divulge tracking methods …

US Supreme Court ruled unanimously that law enforcement does not have the right to put a warrantless GPS device on your vehicle. But that isn’t the only mechanism they can use. The ACLU asked which methods the FBI was using to skirt around judicial-oversight. The FBI has declined to provide meaningful answers.
