The UK is really goofy these days. Finger printing kids at school. What in the goddamn hell for? Fortunately children have been given the right to refuse even if their parents consent! Now what 9 year old is going to know enough to say “no” without parental prompting? Probably not enough to make administrators back down, but the idea of children, as juridical minors having the power to decline an invasion of privacy is a great advance.
